This Privacy Policy explains how Manara Media LLC (“Manara Media”, “we”, “us”), licensed by Sharjah Media City Free Zone (SHAMS) under Trade License No. 2647421.01, collects, uses and protects the personal information you provide when you use our website or contact us. We collect information you voluntarily provide through our enquiry forms — such as your name, email address, phone number, company name and the details of your project. We may also collect limited technical data automatically, such as your browser type, device and general location, to help us improve the website.

We use your information to respond to your enquiries, prepare proposals, provide our services, and — where you have opted in — to send you relevant updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Messaging us on WhatsApp

If you contact us on WhatsApp, we receive and store your phone number, the name shown on your account, and the content of the conversation in our own customer system. We do this so that we can reply, pass your enquiry to the right person, and keep a record of what was agreed. We do not use WhatsApp conversations for advertising, and we do not share them outside Manara Media except with the messaging provider that carries them.

6. Our connected business accounts

We connect our own business accounts on LinkedIn and on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp) to our internal management system, so that our team can publish our own content on a schedule and read the performance figures for our own pages and advertising.

These connections are authorised by a Manara Media administrator through each platform's standard sign-in process, and the resulting access tokens are stored on our own server and used only by our internal system. They allow us to act on our own pages and accounts only. We do not use them to read other people's profiles, connections, private messages or any data belonging to another organisation, and we do not sell or transfer platform data to anyone.

An administrator can withdraw any of these connections at any time from the relevant platform's own settings, which immediately ends our system's access.
